concrete mixing truck

In order to further standardize the management of the announcement of concrete mixer truck, through research, agreed to by the Ministry of industrial policy Division, now the concrete mixer truck management requires notification of the announcement are as follows:

1, in the normative requirements, technical requirements for concrete mixer truck, add the following three points:

(1) concrete mixer truck should conform to the requirements in the following table:

(2) the concrete mixer truck's mixing drum fill rate should be not less than 51.5% (fill rate definition: mixing stirring volume and geometric volume ratio, expressed as a percentage).

(3) the stirring capacity of concrete mixer truck shall meet the following requirements:

Stirring capacity Max load (kg)/density of the concrete (kg/m3) x110%

Note: the concrete density recommended by GB/t 26408-2011 of the truck-mounted concrete mixer 2400kg/M3.

2, to declare the administrative requirements of parameters:

(1) the parameters of the original notice of other columns in a "volume" parameter is corrected to "stirring volume" parameter, stirring capacity according to the definition of the truck-mounted concrete mixer GB/T 26408-2011.

(2) in record parameter in the increased tank body geometry capacity, and tank body installation dip parameter, and stirred capacity and tank body structure diagrams, diagrams content should including tank body size (as tank total length, and tank body maximum od, and into material mouth diameter,), and tank body material (refers to contact media of material, including aluminum, and stainless steel, and carbon steel, and non-metallic,), and tank body wall thick, and tank body stirred capacity calculation process.

3, starting from 269 batches of notices, should the relevant manufacturers and testing bodies in accordance with the requirements for reporting and testing of new products.

4, in the notice does not comply with the technical requirements of the relevant product, the relevant manufacturer should be on notice of the rectification before July 1, 2015, will suspend fails to meet the requirements of the product announcement.
